REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY At ZK Communications we make every effort to ensure that you never have to cancel or exchange a Services. However, if you have to exchange it due to some circumstances, then our dedicated customer service team will be there to help you. Here are some of the scenarios which may occur:
ORDER HAS NOT BEEN E-MAILED: Any order which has not been e-mail can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount will be refunded in to your account.
INCORRECT PROJECT RECEIVED: If you receive an incorrect project, then we will replace it right away or changes which you required. Any other reasons for cancellation or return would be handled on a case to case basis and we reserve the sole right to reject any cancellation or refund requests. Refund have to be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
